at this time of Earth’s awakening! MAÅT , in Egyptian mythology, is the embodiment of Cosmic balance, justice, order and harmony. She is the Heart of the Universe. I have named my sound-healing process, singing freely and intuitively, developed over nearly 30 years, COSMIC HARMONY. In this retreat for women, you will have the opportunity to enter deeply into a vibrational dimension, where healing can occur on every level. We are offering three ways to participate: One day only, May 10th, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, $150 The Weekend, May 10th and 11th, includes Saturday evening circle, $325 Distance Streaming, May 10th only, $25, (instructions will be given for joining) |
The first day will include:
Labyrinth Meditation Walk, 9:00 am Morning Circle,10:00-12:30 (streamed) with astrological awareness, lots of singing/sounding (no training required), sharing, exploring themes of heart-centered self-commitment and opening to receive. Lunch potluck or Trevett Country Store (lobster rolls, etc.) Afternoon Circle, 2:00-5:30 pm (streamed) with Distance feature, Hati-Ab-Listening to the Dreaming Heart with Ione, sounding the Dreaming Heart, Sound-Healing practice, Being Instruments of Maat's Harmony Dinner Evening Circle, 8:00 pm, with Moonlight Labyrinth Walk and sounding, star-gazing, guided meditation with sound, dream incubation 2nd Day Mother's Day, with a flexible schedule, will include: Ocean Meditation Morning and Afternoon Circles, with lunch break, will include: Distance feature, Herbal remedies from the Labyrinth with Rachel Koenig, Sounding the Herbs, Dream sharing, exploring themes of self-mothering, mothering as instruments of the Great Mother, more sound-healing practice, closing ritual. |

Andrea Goodman of Ruby-Throated Spirit in Maine, is an accomplished singer, voice teacher, sound healer, astrologer, author and High Priestess of the Ministry of Maåt. She has been facilitating sound-healing workshops and retreats since 1985. As a vocalist, she is best known for performances and recordings with Meredith Monk in New York and Figures of Speech Theatre in Maine.
