As we give attention to the exploration of the Dream of Reality and the Reality of the Dream, previously constricted places in our minds and spirits open and our inherent aliveness is enhanced. Dreams are a serious part of our lives. As humans of all cultures and ages and all animals dream---they are, indeed, our deepest form of democracy.
Dream Awareness is a form of attention- a form of listening, that when incorporated into our daily living processes, enables us to lead more authentic lives. The discussion includes personal creativity and healing practice, how African Heritage influences life and art; how living a life of authenticity can be a revolutionary act and art as healing and healing as art.
