Ione's Dream Heart Meditation •    Anterior •    Getting comfortable, Lying on the left side, while coming up out of sleep or while going into sleep, imagine/feel a circle of about 2 inches circumference at the center of the chest.  This is the opening of a heart channel. •    •    After following the breath for a few moments, allow the breath to  flow softly but fully into this heart channel , allowing it to open and fill the interior space within naturally and without forcing.  •
